Since 1978 the Palm Beach Association has raised money and donated thousands of dollars to worthwhile causes and friends in need. The time has come to bring aid to one of our own.
Bill Jeffrey has been a long time member of the profession. As many of you may know, his wife was diagnosed with a grave illness many years ago. This has resulted in a severe financial hardship for him and his family. Added to this is the passing of Mrs. Jeffrey a few short weeks ago.
We in the chapter and on the board of directors would like to host a tournament with proceeds to go to the Jeffrey family.
Atlantis Golf Club has graciously donated their 27 hole private golf course to host this tournament which will be held on August 26th at 1 pm.
Special thanks to Joel Tholund, superintendent of Atlantis Golf Club, for all of his assistance in making this tournament possible.
